Forget the ordinary Christmas buffet. This year, we’re firing up the Parrilla for a Christmas lunch done the Ignite way - Sydney rock oysters, prawns and Moreton Bay bugs, whole wood-fired barramundi, dry-aged beef, lamb, Berkshire pork, Christmas ham and an entire fire-roasted garden of sides.

From relaxed festive get-togethers to end-of-year celebrations worth dressing up for, our Christmas Group Packages have been created for groups who want exceptional food, generous hospitality and a little more excitement than the usual Christmas function.
